Dr. Luis Bravo
CEO- Group Managing Director.

Dr. Luis Bravo is the Executive Group Managing Director of CIDE, a co-founder of the Company and is responsible for the day to day running of CIDE and all its subsidiaries.
He is generally based in Lyon, France, but he travels vastly covering his obligations and responsibilities in the different branches of the Group.
Dr. Bravo brings his vast experience to the Group, after having worked in Electronic Companies and Manufacturing for more than 25 years.

Mrs. Karine Matringe – MBA
Marketing Director of SEI – France

In her role as Executive Director of SEI, Mrs. Matringe is responsible for the Commercial and Marketing Strategies of the Group.
Commanding the Marketing teams of the Group around the world, and closely following the relationship with suppliers and distributors, Mrs. Matringe ensures the continious development of the operations of CIDE and its branches.
Before working in CIDE-SEI, Mrs. Matringe was a Marketing Director in Team Concepts Europe, and the Head of Product Development of Vtech Europe.

Mr. Eric Wolff - MS Technological Management
Research and Development Director.

Mr.Wolff is responsible for managing the product development and research and development team of SEI in France, Hong Kong and China. He also monitors the quality policy of the company and handles in direct some key projects.
Prior to joining SEI at its creation in 2001, Mr.Wolff was Product Manager in Team Concepts Europe, responsible for the high technology projects. He also collaborated to Unico Technology Europe, in charge of defining and developing the lines of Digital Cordless Phones for a wide range of European customers.
Mr.Wolff holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a MS in Technological Management.


Mr. Don Light.
President of Kidz Delight Ltd.


Mr. Light brings over 25 years of experience in the Toy Industry that began in sales and has expanded his expertise into marketing, and executive leadership with various companies. He founded Kidz Delight in July 2002. Prior to this time, Mr. Light developed his skills with various companies began with retail sales and then assistant buyer with Nordstrom to Area Manager of a 12 store furniture chain, to the toy industry as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Vice President Sales and Marketing, and President.

Mr. Light obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in History and English Literature. He also later became certified as a teacher and spent a short time working in the educational field. It was this interest in education with children that led him to pursue a career in toys and especially, educational toys. Before founding Kidz Delight, Mr. Light served as President of Team Concepts and was responsible for North America, South America, Australia/New Zealand, and the UK. Team Concepts was a leader in children’s learning electronics.



Mrs. Didio Leung.
Manager - KEC Hong Kong

Mrs Leung has more than 20 years of experience in the toy business, having worked with organisations such as : Team Concepts and Karce Toys Limited.

She is responsible for running the operations of the group in Hong Kong.

Mr. David Martin
UK Director & General Manager

David Martin has been with InspirationWorks since its initiation and manages all aspects of the UK commercial function including sales and marketing. He has 25 years of experience within the UK toy trade, spending 18 years at Binney & Smith (Crayola), the last 6 as UK Sales Director over which time the UK business doubled to over 24 GBP million.
