SEI SRL. (SOCIETE EUROPEENNE D’INGENIERIE) based in Lyon, France, and which is the technological arm of the Group.
SEI is directly responsible for all the operations of Product Development, Engineering, Research and Development of all the toys and games developed and sold by the Group.
With a team of Engineers (Mechanical, electronics, industrial), with the support of Product Managers, Industrial Designers, Graphic Designers, and services of Sound Engineering and Digital Recording Studio, SEI is one of the few technical centers in the world capable of voice processing and voice digitalization aimed to teaching young children.

KEC LTD. (KESINGTON ENTERPRISES CORPORATION LTD) is the Hong Kong arm of the Group and it has as responsibility the Industrial coordination with the different plants of the Peoples Republic of China manufacturing for the Group.
With a team of Industrial Engineers, KEC is responsible as well for all the tests for  homologation, Quality Control and Quality Excellence,  that the Group  and its International partners and customers require.

KIDZ DELIGHT LTD.
Based in Chicago, Illinois,  United Sates of America, Kidz Delight is responsible for all the Sales and Marketing Operations of the Group in North and South America, as well as in Australia and New Zealand.
With highly experienced staff, this unit controls a network of rep’s, distributors and wholesalers spread all along the American Continent.

INSPIRATION WORKS LTD.
Based in the United Kingdom, this unit, which is a Joint Venture with WESTCOAST UK, takes care of all the Sales and Marketing operations of the group in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
