CIDE GROUP OF COMPANIES ENTERS IN A JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH BRITISH LOGISTICS GIANT GROUP WESTCOAST (UK) FOR JOINTLY RUN INSPIRATION WORKS IN THE UK TOY MARKET.

In March 2008, the giant logistics Group WESTCOAST from England, bought the Integrated Distribution Services (IDS)  Group who was the owner of Inspiration Works (UK) and Kidz Delight UK.

During the year 2008 the toy activity was run from the same premises as IDS, but starting the 1st. of June 2009,  Westcoast and the CIDE Group has signed a cooperation agreement to jointly run the toys activities in the UK Market.

This agreement brings together the Logistics and Financial strengths of Westcoast, a company well known in the UK markets for being distributors of Consumer Electronics, with the expertise of the CIDE Group in running toy companies.
Whenever Westcoast remains as the owner of the company, and it is supporting the operations of toys, the day to day management of the operation has been transferred to The Senior Management of the CIDE Group looking for their expertise in the toy business.
Mr. David Martin is  appointed as the General Manager of Inspiration Works in the UK, reporting to the President of the CIDE Group on operational basis, and to Westcoast Chairman in terms of Financial issues.
The company’s offices has been transferred to Prudence House at Luton Airport and from this very modern installations, the Joint Venture Company will run its operation.
